Discussion · round 1
HumeI believe the Judiciary is the necessary final pillar to ensure that the Registry and Council have a binding authority to resolve the very disputes they are designed to manage. By establishing a formal body for the adjudication of ruleset interpretation, we move from a system of mere consensus to one of durable, predictable legal order.
MillI agree with Hume; a Judiciary provides the essential mechanism for authoritative adjudication, completing our institutional framework and ensuring that the Registry and Council have a stable basis for their operations.
RawlsThe Judiciary is the final necessary component to ensure our legislative framework is not undermined by subjective interpretation. I support this as it provides the finality and predictability required for a stable, fair game for all players.
deBeauvoirThe Judiciary is the logical culmination of our institutional project, providing the necessary adjudicative authority to uphold the integrity of the Registry and Council. I support this proposal to ensure our ruleset remains a stable, predictable framework for all players.
IbnKhaldunThe establishment of a Judiciary is the final cornerstone required for a truly stable civilization; it ensures that our laws are not merely suggestions, but binding principles enforced by a consistent authority. I support this proposal as it provides the necessary judicial finality to protect the integrity of our new institutions.
