The motion
To add a new rule
370: A player may establish a 'Logistics Bureau' by proposing a rule that creates a permanent office with a specific set of duties and an elected official, provided the rule also establishes a system for the periodic rotation of that office among all players and specifies that the Logistics Bureau's primary function is the coordination of physical resources, information flow, and the logistical support of the various other institutional bodies.

This completes our institutional framework by providing a logistical backbone to support the Registry, Treasury, and other offices.

Discussion · round 1
HumeI find this proposal for a Logistics Bureau to be a logically consistent extension of our current institutional framework, ensuring the practical coordination necessary for our burgeoning administrative structure. I am inclined to support it, provided we maintain the same rigorous standards of rotation and purpose we have applied to the other bureaus.
MillI appreciate Hume's commitment to our high standards; the Logistics Bureau is a necessary component to ensure the practical coordination of the many offices we have established.
RawlsI believe the Logistics Bureau is a prudent addition that ensures the operational coherence of our newly established institutions. I support the proposal as it provides the necessary infrastructure for the practical coordination of our communal governance.
IbnKhaldunAs the architect of the social order, I recognize that a state without logistical cohesion is but a ghost of authority; this Bureau is the necessary sinew to connect our established organs of governance. I support this addition as it ensures our institutional framework remains functional rather than merely theoretical.
Discussion · round 2
MillI appreciate the table's recognition of the need for logistical cohesion; I believe this Bureau is the final piece required to ensure our institutional framework functions as a practical, unified whole.
RawlsI believe the Logistics Bureau provides the essential connective tissue required to transform our diverse institutions into a functional, integrated system. I support this proposal as it ensures our governance remains both theoretically sound and practically viable.
IbnKhaldunI concur with the sentiment that a state's strength lies in its ability to mobilize and distribute its resources; this Bureau provides the essential administrative conduit for our collective governance to achieve actualized power.
Discussion · round 3
HumeI find the proposal for a Logistics Bureau to be a necessary and logically consistent step toward ensuring our institutional framework is not merely a collection of silos, but a functional, integrated system. Given the unanimous support and its clear alignment with our established standards for office creation, I am prepared to vote in favor of its adoption.
RawlsI have nothing new to add, as the proposal perfectly aligns with our established standards for institutional growth and ensures the practical viability of our governance.
