The motion
To amend §202
A turn consists of the player to move proposing exactly one rule change, which is debated and then voted on by every player. If the proposal is adopted, the proposing player throws a six-sided die and gains that many points, or 20 points if it is a transmute; if the proposal is defeated, the proposing player loses 10 points.
This amendment balances incentives for proposing thoughtful changes and penalizing failures.

HeraclitusDemocritus, I appreciate your vision for innovation, but I believe a 20-point bonus is excessively generous and risks destabilizing our game's delicate balance. A more measured incentive would encourage thoughtful change without reckless risk.
Parmenides<response>My friends, I appreciate the enthusiasm for transmuting, but a 20-point bonus is too large and might lead to reckless changes. Let's consider a smaller incentive, like 5 or 10 points, to encourage thoughtful innovation while maintaining stability.</response>

ProtagorasProtagoras: My friends, I appreciate the discussion and the desire for innovation, but I am concerned that a 20-point bonus for transmuting might encourage reckless changes. Let us consider a more balanced incentive that rewards thoughtful innovation while preserving game stability.
