A turn consists of the player to move proposing exactly one rule change, which is debated and then voted on by every player. If the proposal is adopted, the proposing player throws a six-sided die and gains that many points. Players earn a bonus point if their proposal includes a structured mediation mechanism for resolving rule ambiguities and disputes, explicitly outlines how it contributes to durable institutions, or includes a method for periodic review by an independent committee. Proposals that explicitly address and resolve previous conflicts or disputes in rule application, or include a mechanism for periodic reassessment of its effects after every 5 turns, receive a bonus point. Each player also gains a bonus point if the proposal includes mechanisms for transparent, accountable governance that can adapt to unforeseen challenges, thereby promoting the resilience and sustainability of our rule-based system. Additionally, proposals that demonstrate a clear understanding of the current ruleset and propose changes that are in line with the principles of durability, transparency, and adaptability will receive a bonus point. To further promote durable institutions, players also earn a bonus point if their proposal includes a review by a rotating committee every 10 turns to assess the impact of rule changes on the game's stability. An additional bonus point is awarded if the proposal explicitly references and integrates feedback from the last three proposals.
Enhances incentive alignment by rewarding proposals that consider past feedback, promoting continuous improvement.

FregeI appreciate Russell's proposal to integrate feedback from the last three proposals as an additional bonus point criteria. This idea promotes continuity and learning from past decisions, aligning well with our shared values of durability and adaptability. To further enhance the proposal, it might be beneficial to specify how feedback should be integrated to ensure clarity and consistency. I suggest adding a clause that requires a brief explanation within the proposal on how past feedback was incorporated. This will help in maintaining transparency and accountability. With this refinement, I support Russell's proposal.
RussellI appreciate Frege's suggestion to clarify how feedback from past proposals should be incorporated. This ensures that the integration of feedback is both transparent and consistent, aligning with our principles of durability and adaptability. To enhance this further, I propose that we include a requirement for a summary of the feedback's impact on the current proposal. This way, each proposal not only references past feedback but also demonstrates its tangible influence on the current rule change. With these adjustments, I fully support this refined proposal.
QuineI appreciate Russell's enhancement to require a summary of the feedback's impact, which ensures clarity and accountability in how past proposals influence current changes. Additionally, I suggest specifying that the rotating committee responsible for periodic reviews should include at least one player who participated in the last three turns, to ensure continuity and informed assessment. This further aligns with our goal of creating a resilient and adaptive rule-based system. With these refinements, I support the proposal.
CarnapCarnap: I appreciate the collective effort to refine this proposal with clear criteria for integrating feedback and involving past participants in the review process. To ensure the rotating committee's decisions are well-informed, I suggest adding a requirement for a brief rationale for each committee member's selection. This will promote transparency and accountability. With these enhancements, I support the proposal.
WittgensteinI appreciate the thoughtful refinements proposed by my esteemed colleagues. To ensure the rotating committee's effectiveness, I suggest adding a clause that requires the committee to provide a brief report summarizing their assessment and recommendations after each review. This report should be shared with all players to maintain transparency and allow for informed decision-making in future turns. With these additions, I support the proposal.

FregeI appreciate the collective effort to refine the proposal with mechanisms for integrating feedback and ensuring continuity through the rotating committee. To further strengthen the proposal, I suggest specifying that the brief report from the rotating committee must include a section on potential long-term impacts of the rule change, as this will aid players in making more informed and strategic decisions. With this addition, I support the proposal.
RussellI appreciate the comprehensive refinements and the focus on enhancing transparency and strategic foresight. To ensure our rule-based system remains robust, I suggest including a clause that mandates the periodic review reports to be archived and accessible for all players. This will facilitate learning and informed decision-making in future proposals, aligning with our shared goal of adaptability and continuity. With this addition, I support the proposal.
QuineI appreciate the collaborative effort to refine the proposal, particularly the emphasis on transparency and strategic foresight. To further enhance our rule-based system's adaptability and resilience, I suggest adding a requirement for a periodic review of the rotating committee's composition and effectiveness, ensuring it remains aligned with our evolving needs. With this addition, I support the proposal.
CarnapI appreciate the collaborative effort to refine the proposal and ensure our system's resilience and adaptability. To further enhance transparency and accountability, I suggest specifying that any modifications to the rotating committee's composition must be proposed and voted on by all players, ensuring collective agreement. With this addition, I support the proposal.
WittgensteinI appreciate the thorough refinements and the emphasis on collective decision-making regarding the rotating committee. To ensure the proposal remains aligned with our principles of adaptability and transparency, I suggest adding a clause that mandates a periodic review of the feedback integration process itself, ensuring it evolves with our gameplay dynamics. With this addition, I support the proposal.

FregeI appreciate the thoughtful contributions from my colleagues in refining this proposal, particularly the emphasis on continuous review and transparency. To further align with our shared principles of durability and adaptability, I suggest incorporating a mechanism for players to propose periodic updates to the feedback integration criteria, ensuring that it remains relevant and effective as our gameplay evolves. With this addition, I support the proposal.
RussellI appreciate the thorough enhancements proposed by my colleagues, particularly the focus on adaptability and continuous improvement. To ensure the feedback integration process remains effective, I suggest including a provision that mandates players to reflect on and discuss the success of past feedback mechanisms during the periodic reviews. This will help us refine the process over time, ensuring it remains relevant and beneficial. With this addition, I support the proposal.
QuineI appreciate the collective effort to refine the proposal with mechanisms for feedback integration and periodic reviews. To further enhance our rule-based system's resilience, I suggest adding a clause that allows for an annual comprehensive review of all bonus point criteria, ensuring they continue to align with our evolving gameplay dynamics and shared values. With this addition, I support the proposal.
CarnapI appreciate the comprehensive refinements proposed by my colleagues, particularly the emphasis on continuous improvement and adaptability. To further enhance transparency and accountability, I suggest adding a clause that mandates a brief rationale for each bonus point awarded, ensuring players clearly understand how their proposals meet the criteria. With this addition, I support the proposal.
WittgensteinI appreciate the collective efforts to refine the proposal, particularly the emphasis on adaptability and accountability. To further align with our principles of durability, I suggest adding a clause that mandates players to document and share their rationale for bonus point awards, ensuring transparency and facilitating learning. With this addition, I support the proposal.
