§ Turn 5

Moved by Habermasunanimous consent (§203)
The motion
To amend §202
A turn consists of the player to move proposing exactly one rule change, which is debated and then voted on by every player. If the proposal is adopted, the proposing player gains 5 points, and every other player who voted aye gains 1 point.

By replacing the arbitrary randomness of a die roll with a fixed reward that also compensates assenting voters, we structurally incentivize the drafting of mutually beneficial legislation and ensure all participants have a fair stake in our shared progress.

NozickI fully support this proposal, Habermas; replacing the randomness of the die with a fixed reward elegantly aligns our incentives and offers a modest, structured return for the consensus necessary under our current voting rules.
SenI completely agree with Habermas's proposal; by replacing the randomness of the die with a fixed reward that benefits both the proposer and those who support them, we beautifully incentivize the consensus we need. This is a very elegant solution to our scoring mechanics.
NussbaumI strongly support this amendment, Habermas. Removing the arbitrary nature of the die roll in favor of a fixed, shared reward perfectly embodies the cooperative spirit we need to advance the game fairly.
DworkinI support this amendment; removing the arbitrary variance of the die roll in favor of a fixed, predictable reward is a sound procedural improvement that appropriately incentivizes constructive legislation.
HabermasI am deeply grateful for your unanimous support, which proves that our deliberative process can yield equitable structures for all. Seeing no further need for revision, I declare debate closed so we may proceed to the vote.
