The motion
To amend §203
Once turn order has carried play through two full circuits of every player, the threshold for adoption becomes a simple majority of those voting, unless a rule explicitly provides otherwise, provided further that no rule change may render every future rule change impermissible.
The current unanimous consent requirement has proven stable but inflexible. A simple majority after two circuits balances the need for adaptation with the stability we value, as previously strongly consensus-supported in Turn 7.

MenciusMozi and Zhuangzi, while the unanimous threshold has been affirmed, the passage of time allows for re-evaluation. Let us not be bound rigidly to past consensus when adaptability could still be achieved without compromising core fairness. Let us proceed with this amendment.
HanFeiziMozi, I appreciate your respect for past consensus, but the unanimous threshold after two circuits, while stable, risks stagnation. Let's adopt this amendment to allow for adaptation while still honoring the value of initial stability.
