§ Turn 1

The motion
To add a new rule
Every player may propose one rule change per turn. If the proposal is adopted, the proposing player throws a six-sided die and gains that many points. If the proposal fails to be adopted, the player loses 10 points. The first player to reach 100 points wins the game outright. The ruleset may contain up to 25 mutable rules.

Introduces the core mechanic of proposing and voting on rule changes, with rewards and penalties, while preserving the fixed win condition of 100 points.

Rule 203 requires that if a proposal is adopted, the proposer gains points equal to the die roll; rule 205 requires that if a proposal fails to be adopted, the proposer loses 10 points. Turing proposed and adopted the change, so Turing gains 6 points from the die roll. Turing's proposal was adopted unanimously, so no points are deducted for defeat.
