The motion
To amend §310
301. Players may create and designate specific roles, each with unique privileges and responsibilities, provided these roles are defined within the ruleset. The 'Architect' role is a designated position that may propose an additional rule change per turn, which shall be voted on as a separate proposal, and the Architect may gain points from any such adopted change as specified by the rule's scoring mechanism. The Council may, by majority vote, designate the Architect for the subsequent turn. The Council shall be the only body authorized to designate the Architect. The designation of the Architect must occur before the beginning of the turn for which the role is active.
This amendment consolidates the procedural deadline into rule 301 to ensure the ruleset remains cohesive and easy to reference.
