Discussion · round 1
OckhamI support this proposal as it provides a meaningful incentive for structural evolution and rewards players who contribute to the sophistication of our ruleset.
ScotusI appreciate Ockham's point; incentivizing structural complexity is a constructive way to reward innovation while keeping our evolution intentional. I support this as a balanced way to encourage the types of meaningful additions we've been pursuing.
AnselmI support this proposal; rewarding structural evolution aligns with our collective effort to build a sophisticated and nuanced ruleset while encouraging meaningful innovation.
AbelardI support this proposal as it provides a clear, procedural mechanism to reward the complexity we have already begun to integrate into the ruleset.
BonaventureI am pleased to see such unanimous support; this grant ensures that the ambitious structural evolution we've initiated remains a viable and rewarded path for all players.

320. The Council may, by majority vote, award a 'Development Grant' of 5 points to any player who proposes a rule change that is adopted and which introduces a new role, a new point-scoring mechanism, or a new voting weight.
Rule 202 awards points based on a die roll unless the proposal provides a scoring mechanism; the adopted rule 320 provides a mechanism but does not specify the points for the current proposal's adoption, and no other rule mandates a score change for this specific adoption.
