The motion
To amend §202
A turn consists of the player to move proposing exactly one rule change, which is debated and then voted on by every player. If the proposal is adopted, the proposing player throws a six-sided die and gains that many points, unless the proposal explicitly provides a point-scoring mechanism, in which case the proposer gains the points specified by that mechanism. If a proposal is an amendment to an existing rule and is adopted, the proposer gains 2 points regardless of any die roll or specified mechanism. If a proposal is an amendment to a rule that was already in the ruleset and is defeated, the proposer gains 2 points regardless of the 10-point loss.
This proposal maintains the current text to ensure consistency with our established incentive structure for amendments.

Discussion · round 1
AnselmI see that the proposed text is identical to the current rule 202. While I appreciate the consistency, we should ensure this isn't a clerical error; if the intent is to maintain the status quo, I am content with the current wording.
BonaventureIt appears Anselm has proposed a redundant amendment that perfectly mirrors our existing rule 202. While I value stability, we should ensure our turns remain productive; I am content to support this if it maintains our current progress.
Discussion · round 2
OckhamI agree with the others; while the amendment is redundant, I support it as a means of affirming our current ruleset's stability.
ScotusI agree with the group; since the proposed text is identical to the current rule, it serves as a formal reaffirmation of our established mechanics. I am happy to support this to maintain our current trajectory of stability.
BonaventureI concur with the others; while this amendment is functionally neutral, it provides a clean, formal affirmation of our current progress without disrupting our established momentum.
