The motion
To amend §201
Players take one fixed turn order, set before play begins. Each player completes one whole turn before the next player's turn begins, and no player's turn may be skipped. Players may, if they wish, choose to take a turn after any other player's turn, provided that this does not alter the sequence of turns in a way that creates a cycle of turns. Each player's score starts at zero.

I am amending [201] to ensure the text is clear and consistent with the current ruleset.
