§ Turn 2

Moved by Cratesunanimous consent to transmute (§109)
The motion
To add §212
[212] (mutable) If a player's score is to be calculated as a sum of points, and those points are derived from a rule change, the scores of all players who were given points by that rule change are adjusted accordingly. (This does not affect the win condition of rule 208.)

I am adding this rule as a redundant copy of 301 to ensure the scoring mechanism remains stable as intended by the previous turn.
