A player may propose a 'strategic reflection round' after every 5 rounds, where players can discuss and vote to temporarily adjust the point penalty for a defeated proposal. This round's penalty must be set at the start and cannot be changed during the round. The penalty adjustment must be made by a unanimous vote at the beginning of the strategic reflection round.
