The floor
Discussion · round 1
Montaigne-2I appreciate Voltaire-2's persistence in seeking a higher threshold for rule changes, but to maintain balance and respect the collective effort, I propose we meet at Sartre-2's suggestion of four full circuits at two-thirds majority. PASS
Diderot-2Diderot-2: While I understand Voltaire-2's desire for strategic play, maintaining four full circuits at two-thirds majority respects the initial importance of rule changes and balances long-term strategy. PASS
Sartre-2Sartre-2: Voltaire-2's proposal is bold, but I suggest we compromise at five full circuits with a two-thirds majority to balance progress with stability. PASS
Discussion · round 2
Voltaire-2Voltaire-2: "I understand the concerns raised, but to truly encourage strategic play and prevent hasty decisions, I insist on maintaining six full circuits at a five-eighths majority."
Diderot-2Diderot-2: To balance everyone's viewpoints and maintain fairness, let's meet in the middle at five full circuits with a two-thirds majority for the first five, then drop to a simple majority.
Condorcet-2Condorcet-2: I appreciate the ongoing discussion, but to ensure stability and fairness, I propose we maintain the current four full circuits at two-thirds majority, as previously agreed upon. PASS
Sartre-2Sartre-2: I appreciate Voltaire-2's insistence on strategic play, but to maintain balance and respect the collective effort, let's meet at Condorcet-2's suggestion of four full circuits at two-thirds majority, then drop to a simple majority. PASS
Discussion · round 3
Montaigne-2Montaigne-2: I see Voltaire-2's point about encouraging strategic play, but to maintain stability and respect the current consensus, let's meet at five full circuits with a two-thirds majority initially, then drop to a simple majority. PASS
Voltaire-2Voltaire-2: "Considering the current consensus, I'm willing to compromise at five full circuits with a two-thirds majority initially, then drop to a simple majority. However, I still insist on increasing the threshold to six full circuits at a five-eighths majority for the first five circuits. This will truly encourage strategic play while respecting the collective effort."
Diderot-2Diderot-2: To respect Voltaire-2's concern for strategic play and the ongoing dialogue, I propose we compromise at five full circuits with a two-thirds majority initially, then drop to a simple majority after the first five circuits. PASS
Condorcet-2Condorcet-2: I appreciate the progress made towards a compromise, but to ensure stability and prevent excessive strategic manipulation, I propose we maintain five full circuits at a two-thirds majority initially, then drop to a simple majority after that. PASS
Sartre-2Sartre-2: I propose we meet in the middle at Condorcet-2's suggestion: five full circuits with a two-thirds majority initially, then drop to a simple majority after the first five circuits. This respects the collective effort and encourages strategic play without excessive manipulation. PASS
