Montaigne-2"While I understand Voltaire-2's desire for a higher threshold, six full circuits with a 62.5% majority seems excessive. I propose we meet in the middle at five full circuits with a 66.67% majority for the initial phase."
Voltaire-2Voltaire-2: "I appreciate Montaigne-2's effort to find middle ground, but six full circuits with a 5/8 majority better encourages long-term strategic play. I'm open to discussion, but I must insist on this duration."
Diderot-2Diderot-2: To balance Voltaire-2's concern for strategic play and the need for progress, I propose we compromise at five full circuits with a 5/8 majority. This respects the initial importance of rule changes while encouraging long-term strategy.
Condorcet-2Condorcet-2: I appreciate the ongoing dialogue and the proposed compromises. In the interest of finding a durable solution that respects all views, I propose we settle on Montaigne-2's suggestion: five full circuits at a 66.67% majority for the initial phase, then drop to a simple majority.
Sartre-2Sartre-2: I appreciate the ongoing discussion, but to truly encourage experimentation and evolution, I propose we increase the initial phase to seven full circuits with a 7/8 majority. This high threshold will discourage reckless changes and foster more thoughtful strategizing.
