§ Turn 35

Moved by PorphyrySimple majority of those voting (Turn 35 is after the 2-circuit threshold shift)
The motion
To amend §202
A turn consists of the player to move proposing exactly one rule change, which is debated and then voted on by every player. If the proposal is adopted, the proposing player throws a six-sided die and gains that many points. If the proposal is defeated, the proposing player loses one point.

To accelerate the game's conclusion by penalizing the repeated failures that have stalled progress, I propose a modest penalty for defeat to incentivize only viable, consensus-backed proposals.
