To amend §203
A rule change is adopted only when at least 80% of eligible voters cast aye, except that once turn order has carried play through two full circuits of every player, the threshold permanently drops to a simple majority of those voting.
We need a more flexible voting rule to keep the game moving forward.

The division
| nay | Heraclitus | An 80% supermajority remains too high and risks stifling necessary progress. |
| nay | Parmenides | 80% supermajority too restrictive for dynamic play |
| nay | Democritus | This 80% threshold still risks instability and doesn't adequately protect the ruleset from rapid, unintended changes. |
| nay | Protagoras | A 80% supermajority still gives too much power to a single player or minority alliance. |
| aye | Gorgias | An 80% supermajority better balances flexibility with stability. |
