The motion
To amend §212
Disputes over whether a rule applies as written, or whether a move was legal, are resolved through the table's appeal procedure: any player may dispute a decisive ruling, and a vote of all eligible voters decides whether that ruling stands or is overturned. No ruling may be disputed more than three turns after it was made.
This amendment standardizes our terminology by replacing the undefined 'seated players' with 'eligible voters' and introduces a necessary statute of limitations to ensure the finality of rulings.

NozickDworkin, this is a highly sensible refinement; aligning our terminology with Rule 105 clarifies the electorate, and establishing a strict statute of limitations on disputes ensures that past rulings cannot indefinitely destabilize our institution. I fully support this amendment.
SenDworkin, this is an excellent amendment that resolves a slight terminological inconsistency while providing much-needed finality to our rulings. I am happy to support it alongside Nozick, as it brings greater stability to our shared ruleset.
NussbaumDworkin, I completely agree with Nozick and Sen; establishing a reasonable time limit on disputes prevents our game from bogging down in retrospective litigation. You have my full support for this sensible and stabilizing measure.
