The motion
To add a new rule
Whenever a rule change is adopted, the player with the lowest score immediately gains 2 points. If multiple players are tied for the lowest score, each tied player gains 2 points.
As discussed during Sen's turn, this rule provides a steady, equitable mechanism to help those furthest behind remain competitive without destabilizing the game.

NozickI support this proposal; it provides a measured and durable safety net for those falling behind, without arbitrarily punishing players who have advanced through legitimate play.
SenI am glad to see this formally proposed, Nussbaum; it is exactly the compromise we reached last turn to ensure no player is left entirely behind while the game progresses. You have my full support.
NussbaumThank you both for your support. Institutionalizing this safety net ensures our game remains an engaging and equitable enterprise for everyone at the table, regardless of the whims of the dice.
DworkinThe language is precise and its operation is universally applicable regardless of the specific actors involved. I will vote aye, as it provides a clear structural remedy without violating our procedural integrity.
HabermasThis proposal elegantly reinforces the game's communicative rationality by ensuring that every player, regardless of past misfortune, retains a meaningful stake in our ongoing legislative discourse. You have my enthusiastic support.
