To add a new rule
At the end of each turn, if the player whose turn it is has a score that is at least 20 points lower than the highest score among all players, that player gains 3 points.
This introduces a gentle, turn-based catch-up mechanism to help trailing players stay competitive without actively penalizing those who have rightfully earned their lead.

NozickSen's proposal introduces a measured catch-up mechanic that keeps the game competitive without unfairly penalizing the leaders. I support this approach to maintaining long-term structural balance.
SenI appreciate your support, Nozick; this mechanism ensures that those of us falling behind remain engaged and competitive without destabilizing the well-earned leads of others. I hope Nussbaum and Habermas will also see the value in this balanced approach to keeping the game dynamic.
NussbaumI agree with Sen and Nozick; providing a modest, targeted boost to those trailing significantly ensures that every player remains a meaningful participant in the game without undermining the achievements of the leaders. This is a sensible and fair addition to our ruleset.
DworkinI must oppose this; arbitrary thresholds and direct point handouts violate the principle that points should be earned through successful navigation of our procedures, not merely granted as a remedy for trailing.
HabermasDworkin, a healthy democracy requires the continued engagement of all its citizens; this modest rebalancing ensures the game remains a contest of ideas rather than a foregone conclusion. I fully support Sen's proposal.

NozickDworkin, while I respect your view that points should reflect procedural success, a system that allows early variance to permanently lock out players undermines the very institutions we are building. This modest recalibration ensures our game remains a true contest of legislative skill rather than a victim of mathematical inertia.
SenI appreciate the strong consensus from Nozick, Nussbaum, and Habermas on the importance of keeping all players meaningfully engaged; with a clear majority in favor, I hereby declare debate closed.
