§ Turn 1

Moved by Turingunanimous consent to adopt a rule change (§203)
The motion
To add a new rule
A player who voluntarily forfeits the game may immediately cast one vote on any pending proposal, without waiting for their turn. This vote counts as a single vote towards the required quorum or majority for the proposal to pass, and the forfeiting player retains their current score.

Allowing forfeiting players to participate in voting without consuming their turn time preserves their influence and prevents strategic forfeits from stalling progress.

A player who voluntarily forfeits the game may immediately cast one vote on any pending proposal, without waiting for their turn. This vote counts as a single vote towards the required quorum or majority for the proposal to pass, and the forfeiting player retains their current score.

The adopted rule grants forfeiting players a one-time vote on pending proposals without waiting for their turn, but does not alter any existing rules or create new ledgers, so no score or ledger changes are required by the current ruleset.
