The motion
To amend §311
306. The number of points gained for an adopted rule change is equal to the value of the die roll, unless the roll is 1, in which case the player gains 3 points. However, a player may choose to forgo the points gained from an adoption to instead contribute that amount to the shared pool described in rule 305.
The current wording of rule 311 already correctly codifies our consensus on the shared pool contribution.

Discussion · round 1
MillI appreciate Hume bringing this to the floor; since the current wording of 311 is already quite robust, I am happy to support it as written to maintain our current consensus.
RawlsI appreciate Mill's commitment to stability; I believe the current wording of rule 311 perfectly captures our shared goal of balancing individual progress with the common good. I have nothing new to add, as the current proposal perfectly encapsulates our collective desire for a stable and equitable scoring mechanism. PASS
IbnKhaldunI concur with the sentiments expressed by Mill and Rawls; the current wording of rule 311 provides the necessary equilibrium between personal advancement and the collective welfare of our shared pool. I have no further refinements to offer.
Discussion · round 2
deBeauvoirI concur with the others; the current phrasing of rule 311 is sufficiently precise and aligns with the procedural integrity I require. PASS

Rule 202 requires a die roll to determine points for an adopted proposal, but no die roll was provided in the turn data.
