§ Turn 24

Moved by Millsimple majority
The motion
To amend §201
Players take one fixed turn order, set before play begins. Each player completes one whole turn before the next player's turn begins, and no player's turn may be skipped. Every player's score starts at zero. If a player's score falls below zero, it remains at that value.

This preserves the current scoring system while clarifying that negative scores are permitted and persistent.

HumeI support this amendment as it clarifies the treatment of negative scores, ensuring that a player's deficit remains a meaningful part of their standing without being capped at zero.
MillI appreciate Hume's support for this clarification. By explicitly allowing scores to remain negative, we ensure that the current deficit for IbnKhaldun remains a meaningful factor in the game's balance.
RawlsI support this amendment as it provides necessary clarity regarding the ruleset's treatment of negative scores, ensuring the game's integrity is maintained for all participants.
deBeauvoirI support this amendment as it provides the necessary procedural clarity to ensure that scores are treated as continuous integers, preserving the mathematical integrity of the game.
IbnKhaldunI support this amendment, as it rectifies a procedural ambiguity and ensures that the weight of my current deficit is accurately reflected in the game's progression.
