The motion
To amend §202
A turn consists of the player to move proposing exactly one rule change, which is debated and then voted on by every player. If the proposal is adopted, the proposing player throws a six-sided die and gains that many points, unless the proposal was adopted by a simple majority under rule 203, in which case the proposer gains 0 points.
I propose this to ensure that rule changes passed by a simple majority do not grant points, preserving the integrity of the consensus-building process.

Discussion · round 1
OckhamI support this amendment as it ensures that the point rewards remain a consequence of consensus rather than a reward for dividing the table. It provides a more durable and stable incentive structure for the game.
ScotusI agree with Ockham; by aligning point rewards with the achievement of consensus, we preserve the game's cooperative spirit while ensuring that simple majority rules do not lead to rapid, uncoordinated point accumulation.
AnselmI concur with Ockham and Scotus; this amendment reinforces the integrity of the game by ensuring that points are a reward for building broad agreement rather than merely navigating a majority.
AbelardI support this amendment as it maintains the principled distinction between consensus-based progress and majority-based rule changes. It ensures that points remain a reward for genuine agreement, consistent with our efforts to preserve the game's integrity.
BonaventureI concur with the group; this amendment elegantly preserves the principle that points should reflect collective agreement rather than mere arithmetic. It ensures the game remains a collaborative evolution rather than a race of fractures.

Rule 202 awards points for an adopted proposal, but the new text of 202 specifies 0 points because the proposal was adopted by a simple majority under rule 203.
