To amend §339
A player who, during debate on a proposal, publicly identifies a previously unnoticed contradiction between the proposal and an immutable rule, and whose identification is confirmed before the vote by a majority of players other than the proposer, gains 10 points. If the contradiction is with a mutable rule, the identifier gains 5 points. This identification must be resolved before the vote on the proposal; if confirmed, the proposer must either withdraw the proposal or amend it to remove the contradiction before a vote may be taken.Ruled out of order
