Rule 311: Players may propose rule changes to the target score, which is initially set at 100 points. To propose a change, a player rolls a six-sided die. The result determines the change: 1-3 to increase the target score by 10 points, 4-6 to decrease it by 10 points. The target score cannot be changed if it is less than 50 points.
